Geographically, Van Nuys is bordered by North Hills on the north, Panorama City on the northeast, Valley Glen on the east, Sherman Oaks on the south, Lake Balboa on the west and Northridge on the northwest. Located at 14400 Arminta St., Panorama City, CA 91402 in “The Plant” shopping center, our Van Nuys store is centrally positioned between the following major freeways: 405, 101, 170, 118, and the Golden State Freeway section of I-5. If heading north on the 405 freeway, take the Sherman Way E exit and turn right onto Sherman Way. Continue for about a mile and a third and then turn left onto Van Nuys Blvd. Proceed down Van Nuys Blvd for almost a mile, pass the Van Nuys Metrolink overpass, and then make a right onto W Arminta St. Follow the road as it curves to the right and make a right turn into the driveway marked with the Living Spaces sign. Proceed straight and you’ll see our Van Nuys store to your left.

If heading north on the 101 freeway, keep left at the fork to continue on CA-170 N/Hwy 170N/Hollywood Fwy and follow signs for Sacramento. Stay on the CA-170N for just over five miles and then take the Roscoe Blvd exit, keep left, follow signs for Roscoe Blvd W and merge onto Roscoe Blvd. Continue down Roscoe Blvd for just over two miles and then turn left onto Van Nuys Blvd. Proceed for half a mile and then make a left onto W Arminta St. Follow W Arminta St. as it gently curves to the right and then turn right into the driveway marked with the Living Spaces sign. Continue straight and you’ll see our Van Nuys store to your left hand side.

If heading south on the 5 freeway, keep right at the fork to continue onto the I-405 S/San Diego Fwy, following signs for Santa Monica. Next, take the exit toward Sherman Way/Reseda. Turn right onto Haskell Ave, continue for approximately a third of a mile, and turn right onto Saticoy St. Proceed down Saticoy St for a mile and half and then turn left onto Van Nuys Blvd. pass the Van Nuys Metrolink overpass, and then make a right onto W Arminta St. Follow the road as it curves to the right and make a right into the driveway marked with the Living Spaces sign. Continue straight and you’ll see our Van Nuys location to your left.
