Terms of Service
The Care Free Plan, provided by Uniters, is a service contract between you, the original purchaser and consumer, and the provider of the Plan as identified in the Terms and Conditions of the Plan and based on the state in which you purchased the Plan. Palladio, LLC is the administrator of the service contracts.
The Care Free Plan is a third-party service contract intended to help protect the investment in your new Living Spaces home furnishings purchase. The Care Free Plan is valid for new furniture purchased at the same time as the Care Free Plan, and appears on the sales receipt as such. It is valid for five (5) years (ten (10) years for adjustable beds) from the delivery date of your new furniture. It is not renewable and is non-transferable.

Requesting Service
If you need to file a claim under the Care Free Plan, provided by Uniters, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your specific Plan and contact the service plan provider using one of three methods:

  • Phone (877) 429-2938 , between the hours of 5:00am - 6:00pm (PST), Monday - Friday, and 5:30am - 2:00pm (PST), Saturday

Failure to meet any of the specific requirements under the Terms and Conditions of your Care Free Plan may result in a denial of coverage under the Plan.
Win Win
You win if you use the service and you win if you don’t.
When you purchase a Care Free Plan, provided by Uniters, you will also receive a “Win Win” Certificate. If you do not initiate a claim during the term of your Care Free Plan, you may be eligible to use the Care Free Plan Win Win Certificate to apply the full purchase price of your Care Free Plan toward a future Living Spaces home furnishings purchase, subject to certain restrictions. Please refer to your “Win Win” Certificate for complete Terms and Conditions.
