Our Living Spaces store in Phoenix, Arizona is located in the capital, and largest city, of the state. Originally inhabited by the Hokoham peoples, the Maricopa County land that comprises modern day Phoenix was settled as an agricultural community by a Civil War veteran in 1867, and the city was officially incorporated in 1881. Agricultural commodities such as cotton, cattle and citrus were paramount to the backbone Phoenix’s economy until after World War II, when high tech industries proliferated across the area. Phoenix currently ranks as one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation, sporting a pleasant climate, scenic desert environment, thriving arts and culture scene, and strong economy.

Our Phoenix store is located just off of Interstate 10 at 6600 W Latham St, Phoenix, AZ 85043. If heading east on I-10, take exit 137 for 67th Ave and turn right onto N 67th Ave. At W Latham St, look for a white sign indicating that it’s OK to turn left into our Living Spaces store parking lot; if it’s during rush hour traffic then the sign will be red and you cannot turn left. Instead, continue down N 67th Ave and make a left onto W Roosevelt St. Follow the road as it curves and then make a left at the second driveway—our Phoenix store will be located on your right hand side.

If heading west on the I-10, take exit 138 for 59th Ave and turn left onto N 59th Ave. Continue down N 59th Ave for about a mile and then turn right onto W Van Buren St. Proceed down W Van Buren St for a mile and then make a right onto N 67th. After about half a mile, make a right on W Latham St and into the Living Spaces parking lot.
