Our Mission Valley store is set in an expansive river valley in San Diego County through which the San Diego River flows to the breathtaking Pacific Ocean. Home to the site of the first Spanish settlement in California, Mission Valley is ripe with illustrious historical significance. Located at 8730 Rio San Diego Dr, San Diego, CA 92108 in the Rio Vista Shopping Center, the Mission Valley Living Spaces is conveniently next to the 8, 163, and 805 freeways. If coming from the north via the 5 freeway, keep right at the fork to continue on the I-5 Local Bypass S—follow signs for Carmel Mountain Rd. Take the Interstate 805 S exit and merge onto the I-805 S. Proceed on the I-805 S for seven miles and exit onto the CA-163 S toward Downtown. Next, take the Friars Rd exit and turn right onto Friars Rd. Proceed straight for a mile and then take a slight right onto the Qualcomm Way ramp and turn right onto Qualcomm Way. Turn right into the Rio San Diego Driveway and our Mission Valley store will be to your immediate right hand side.

If coming from the north via the 15 freeway, keep right at the fork to continue on the CA-163 S for just over seven miles. Take the Friars Rd exit and turn right onto Friars Rd. Continue straight for a mile and then take a slight right onto the Qualcomm Way ramp and turn right onto Qualcomm Way. Turn right into the Rio San Diego Driveway and our Mission Valley store will be on your right hand side.

If coming from the south via the 5 freeway, take the exit onto CA-15 N toward Riverside and keep left to stay on the CA-15 N. Proceed down the CA-15 N for just over four miles and then take the I-8/Camino Del Rio S exit. Keep left, follow signs for I-8 W/Beaches/I-8 E/El Centro and keep left at the fork, following signs for I-8 W/Beaches and merge onto the I-8 W. Take the Qualcomm Way exit and turn right onto Qualcomm Way. Turn left onto Rio San Diego Drive and then take the first right onto Rio San Diego Driveway and our Mission Valley location will be directly to the right.

If coming from the south via the 805 freeway, take the exit onto CA-15 N toward Junction and continue down the CA-15 N for roughly three miles. Next, take the take the I-8/Camino Del Rio S exit. Keep left, follow signs for I-8 W/Beaches/I-8 E/El Centro and keep left at the fork, following signs for I-8 W/Beaches. Merge onto the I-8 W. Then, take the Qualcomm Way exit and make a right onto Qualcomm Way. Turn left onto Rio San Diego Drive and then take the first right onto Rio San Diego Driveway and our Mission Valley store will be directly to the right hand side.
