Living Spaces Furniture Limited Warranty
Living Spaces will be happy to assist you in determining if your claim is covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty. This document outlines the warranty service process. Please contact Living Spaces at 877-266-7300 with any questions regarding the limited manufacturer warranty for your specific item.

*** Scratches, gouges, stains, heat marks, water marks, imprints, ink, marker, abuse, neglect, settling of cushions, shrinkage, wrinkling of fabric and normal wear are not covered under any warranty. Living Spaces assumes no responsibility for fabric that is replaced as dye lots vary. Living Spaces reserves the right to replace any fabric part but does not guarantee an exact match as dye lots do vary.
Wood products (Tables, Chairs, China Tops, Buffets, Dressers, Nightstands, Chests, etc...)
All come with a one year (1 year) warranty against defects in workmanship.

***Scratches, gouges, stains, heat marks, water marks, imprints, ink, marker, abuse, neglect and normal wear are not covered under any warranty.
Mattresses (Mattresses, Box Springs and Foundations)
Although Living Spaces will honor any claim deemed to be a manufacturing defect, Living Spaces does not evaluate mattresses, box springs, or foundations. If you think you may have an issue with your mattress, box spring, or foundation then Living Spaces can request an evaluation for you for a nominal fee. An independent inspection company will be dispatched to your home once the fee is secured.

*** DO NOT BRING ANY MATTRESS, BOX SPRING, OR FOUNDATION TO ANY STORE FOR EVALUATION.
Limited Warranty Summary
If your claim is determined to have a manufacturing issue, Living Spaces reserves the right to exercise one of the options listed below at its sole discretion.
a. Service the item in our service shop
b. Service the item in your home if applicable
c. Replace any part or parts of the item

It is your responsibility to transport the item to our Service Center if service is required. Please contact our Guest Services department for assistance in filing a claim and additional details on the claims process. If needed, Living Spaces can pick up your merchandise for service for a nominal fee. Living Spaces does offer an IN-HOME evaluation service if needed for a nominal fee. Please contact our Guest Services department for details and fees for evaluations in your home.

How can I file a warranty claim?

What is the difference between the manufacturer’s warranty and VIP Care provided by Service USA?
The manufacturer’s warranty protects against defects in craftsmanship of the merchandise for a predetermined amount of time. See Limited Warranty summary for details.

The VIP Care by Service USA protects your purchase against accidents, eliminates all in-home service fees and extends the manufacturer’s warranty for five years as shown on your plan. ***See details on the warranty certificate for specific coverage information.
How can I file a VIP Care claim with Service USA?
You can visit www.livingspaceswarranty.com and follow the instructions to file a claim or you can call 1-800-931-9281.
What is the difference between the manufacturer's warranty and Guardian warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty protects against defects in craftsmanship of the merchandise for a predetermined amount of time. See Limited Warranty summary for details.

The Guardian protection warrantees your purchase against accidents. ***See details on the warranty certificate for specific coverage information.
How can I register my Guardian Plan or file a claim with Guardian?
You can visit www.guardianproducts.net and follow the instructions to register your plan or you can call 1-800-527-8487 to register your plan or to file a claim.

Please note that Living Spaces no longer offers Guardian Protection but all plans are fully covered by your warranty provider.
Do you offer In-Home Service?
Living Spaces offers an in-home evaluation for a nominal fee. If technician determines that he can service the unit at the time of the visit, he will service the unit. However, if unit cannot be serviced in-home and the claim is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty you will need to transport your merchandise to the nearest Service Center if authorized by Warranty Service.
Can I bring my merchandise in for service?
You must have an open claim and authorization from our Warranty Service team prior to transporting your merchandise to your Service Center.

If the claim is covered under the manufactures warranty, parts and labor are offered at no charge to you within the first year of ownership.

After the first year of ownership, parts only are covered during the warranty period if the claim is covered under the manufactures warranty. Labor charges do apply and are your responsibility. Contact our Guest Services department for labor rates.

If the claim is not covered under the manufactures warranty or the warranty period has expired, Living Spaces may still offer service. However, parts and labor charges do apply and are your responsibility. Contact our Guest Services department for labor rates and parts quotes.

Living Spaces may offer a pick up of the merchandise for a fee. Contact our Guest Services department for rates on picking up merchandise for service.
