  • UPS Gound shipping is available in the Continental US only.
  • If you buy more than one item, there will be a separate charge per item.

Returning Items via UPS Shipping
  • Shipping is non-refundable for any returned items.
  • Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return an item.
  • Customers also have the option of returning an item to any Living Spaces location.
  • UPS will attempt 3 deliveries to your home. In the event that UPS is unsuccessful on the 3 deliveries, they will keep the package at their local hub for up to 5 days. After 5 days, they will return the item to Living Spaces. At that point, we'll issue you a refund for the item minus the cost of the original shipping and minus the cost of returning the item to our facility.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact a guest services representative which can help you with the process. (877-266-7300)
FAQs
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS. When you receive the shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the shipping carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully.
Can I cancel/change my order once it is placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations, changes or address corrections. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted addresses in orders.
Does Living Spaces ship to all 50 States and P.O. Boxes?
Living Spaces ships to the lower 48 states but does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Are my rugs covered by a Warranty?
No. Living Spaces does not have a warranty on rugs.
I don't like this item. Can I exchange it?
No. Living Spaces does not offer exchanges. However, we do offer a refund within 7 days but shipping is at the customer's expense.
When will my goods arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
